Per Neosanmag tab Famotidine 10 mg, Ca carbonate 500 mg, Mg hydroxide 85 mg. Per Neosanmag Fast chewable tab Famotidine 10 mg, Ca carbonate 800 mg, Mg hydroxide 165 mg
Indications/Uses
Relieves symptoms associated w/ hyperacidity eg, nausea, stomach pain, heart burn, flatulence & full sensation of the stomach which cannot be treated w/ antacid alone.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Adult & childn >12 yr 1 tab. Max: 2 tab daily.
Administration
May be taken with or without food.
Contraindications
Allergic condition to famotidine & other acid reducers.
Special Precautions
Dysphagia. Pregnancy & lactation.
Adverse Reactions
Headache, dizziness, constipation, diarrhea.
Drug Interactions
Clarithromycin, tetracycline, ketoconazole, propantheline Br, coumarin anticoagulant, theophylline, benzodiazepine, adrenergic blockers, nifedipine, acetaminophen, phenytoin, aspirin.
